Collaborating with interior designer Marianne Goonarathane, we engaged the Embassy team in pathfinding activities to identify problems and foster practical ideation. Utilizing visual tools, we guided the team—joined by Ambassador Tanja Gonggrijp—in generating meaningful, actionable solutions.
As part of the FLIP Thinking workshop series led by Alieke van der Wijk at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Sri Lanka, I contributed to a session focused on rethinking workplace design for a safer, more effective post-pandemic environment.
